Mattaus Gretzinger is a teacher, composer and performer based in Toronto. He attended the University of Toronto with a major in Saxophone Performance on the Kinghorn Scholarship, studying with Kelly Jefferson privately. He currently studies with Ben Solomon. Mattaus performs often around Toronto at venues like the Rex, Jazz Bistro and Old Mill. He is an enthusiastic teacher specializing in woodwinds, teaching jazz, classical and rock styles.
